My credits for working on "True Detective" as a Set Production Assistant for five of the episodes no longer is showing up on both the main "True Detective" page, nor on my personal credit list.

Would providing pictures of my name on various call sheets or proof of pay stubs suffice in order to retrieve these credits?

Thank you,
Matthew

This frequently happens when credits are put up, then upon verification, no credit is seen in the on screen credits or the person is not eligible yet to display "uncredited" work.

It would, not necessarily help.  Were you credited on  screen? If so, can you post your submission ID number for adding them (or if you didn't submit, do it now, then post the numbers assigned), along with a screen capture of on screen credit.

If you were not credited on  screen, you'd have to make sure you have a proper submission, adding the attribute "(uncredited)" and then post here the submission ID numbers  with anything you have as evidence. For personal private information you don't want to post on a public board, you can submit evidence by uploading it to a pic hosting site or put in a dropbox folder and provide links to the evidence on this form http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/data_verification

Either of those items would almost certainly suffice for a credit with the (uncredited) attribute; however, for a credit with no attribute you might need a screen capture of your Name in the on-screen credits.

Probably the most common reason for credits being removed is that a contributor audited the screen credits and did not see that person's name anywhere. Since they have no evidence that the person did the work, they may well submit a Delete request rather than adding an (uncredited) attribute, particularly since it is virtually impossible for a contributor to remove an (uncredited) credit and also because someone who actually did work but was not credited is more likely to correct it than a person who did not do the work but still has the (uncredited) credit is to remove it.

Thank you so much for your help, guys!  I really appreciate it and I will be sure to resubmit my credits as "uncredited" since I did not ultimately show up on the final credits, but did work on the show.

Thank you again!

Matthew
