My video is of extremely poor quality.
The format is: HQ 1280X720 24P (mp4)
I can't even delete it and try and replace it, due to it being locked.

Hi Lee,  The video is locked once you attach it to a festival submission.  You can upload additional videos to your account for future use.  Moving forward, please be sure to check the video after it completes processing on our servers before you attach it to any submissions.  A couple of things you should do prior to attempting your upload again:
-Rename the source file on your computer.  If the file name is too similar to the existing upload the system will kick it out thinking it is a duplicate.  Be sure to rename the existing video in the My Videos section of your Withoutabox account, this will help you identify the videos when you go to select them during the submission process.

We recommend the following settings to optimize video quality on the IMDb site:

- File size: Less than 2GB
- Format: Flash Video (Codec: Sorenson or VP6 codec) or Quicktime
FLV videos using the H.263 video codec and the MP3 audio codec
MP4 videos using the H.264 video codec and the AAC audio codec
- We do not currently support HD video. You will be able to upload an HD video, but the file will NOT be displayed in HD.
