I could be wrong, but I suppose most IMDb employees are US citizens and still sleeping, because in the US it's nighttime (currently 3 to 5 am).
Some IMDb Employees are in Washington State (US Pacific Time), Some are in the UK.
It is 3:45AM Pacific Daylight savings time. 7:45AM Eastern Time Exactly as of the edit which is 4 minutes behind the posting. So you are off by 2 hours!
