Name Link Deletion rejected because no one has seen the movie, apparently. Is that SOP here?

I provided facts about the movie The Crawling Hand hoping to correct an error in a
photograph. It was denied because Not Enough Evidence. The movie is public domain.
The scene in the photograph is from about 25 minutes into it. Sirry Steffan and
Rod Lauren frolic on the beach. She deserves credit, please.

Well, it's not like they have thousands of people watching movies all day recording every scene. It's really up to you to provide evidence in the form of a screengrab of the scene along with the end credits and post it here for staff to see along with the 18 digit reference number you would have received.

The screengrab is in the Photos page of the movie. It is the third photo, and the only
one of Sirry Steffen.

Are you talking about this image being wrong?

I gather he's talking about the tagged name being incorrect. It should be Sirry Steffen tagged and not Allison Hayes . But I don't know as I have never seen the film.

So, the question is how to prove that is Sirry Steffen in the still frame, I don't know. Maybe someone will come along who does know apart from you.

I've seen it! It looks to me like all 3 images tagged as Allison Hayes (who plays Donna) might actually be Sirry Stefan (who plays Marta)

https://youtu.be/oQsQFijFRkg?t=398 Allison Hayes, with another character confirming her as "Donna"
https://youtu.be/oQsQFijFRkg?t=1093 Sirry Stefan, with another character confirming her as "Marta"
https://youtu.be/oQsQFijFRkg?t=1767 From the scene pictured in all 3 images of a bikini-clad girl, which is Marta (and not Donna)

I hope this helps!

Thanks! There is only one "Swedish" female character in the cast, and it's definitely
Sirry Steffen. Would love to see her receive proper credit.

Hi Rob -

Since the image is only showing the back of the character's head, it's harder to identify without having seen the film; however, I have now made the correction and the change should be live on the site shortly.  If there are other images that are tagged to the wrong actress, please report them and our editors can take a look.  Cheers!
