Name of cable comedy show circa 2016-17

I simply can’t remember the name of this show, or the precise cable channel it was on. Show took place in Manhattan. Star of the show (whose name I don’t recall) plays a 30-something Jewish mom of a well-off family with three kids, husband is not Jewish I don’t think, living in decent apartment in city, maybe upper west side? Her best friend is an ER doctor carrying a torch for her ex? husband also a doctor who goes all over the world. Her sister-in-law (married to her husband’s brother) started designing purses and sells to the rich and famous. Her brother-in-law somehow got into the space program but was afraid to go into space, or at least was afraid last I watched the show. It’s a witty, funny, irreverant, delight of a show and I want to find it and pray there have been more seasons! Someone out there has to know! Thank you!
