The Name Page is suddenly ignoring the preference option for "Display acting credits separately for Movie and TV".
Until just recently It used to split up credits into separate sections for Television and Films - now they are all listed together which is not so good.
The preference option is still on the user account section and is ticked. But is being ignored.
It it a temporary problem?

Just to cover all my bases I unclicked that option, updated it, reclicked it, and updated it again. It began working again. Then I rebooted my computer and when I went to Imdb the acting credits for movies and tv were again combined

Kespo, you didn't mention:
clearing your browser cache, as any cached pages are going to display the way they were cached --
or resetting reference view off and on.
And you might want to try logging in to imdb with a different browser or on a different computer to see if it works okay from something that isn't using your current browser's settings.
(the problem cleared up for me around Oct 5, with most of the other folks.)

Check your user settings (https://secure.imdb.com/register-imdb...). Is the checkbox next to "Display acting credits separately for Movie and TV" checked?
