3rd time posting this evening for the same thing-
IMDB is not answering my posts fully and has merged my conversations claiming they have been answered.
1st - I have 20 art director credits yet they post my position as an actress even though that is only 3 credits from over 10 years ago. How do I get art director to show up as my true title in search and in my about me bio instead of these low rent acting credits instead of Emmy winning shows that my true position is listed as.
2nd - There is a middle name listed which is not my professional name. It's really an invasion of my privacy to have this come up for safety since it is not listed anywhere else on the web. If people can omit their age I should be able to opt out having my full name on here.

The questions above are not being answered. Can someone other than you answer? There are multiply questions that simply don’t have the same answer. Is there someone I can call? You seem to not understand.

Answers were provided in full on your other posts.
You chose not to accept those answers.
Re-asking them over and over will not get a different response.
IMDb has policies in place that are followed by all employees.
You are asking to alter things to suit you and your desires.
IMDb's database is set up the same for all.
They report or list known facts.
Those facts are gleaned from many sources.
They are verified by editors before being published.
As a result of this process items become listed on actors and crews name pages.
They are unalterable to a certain extent. IMDb Pro allows for minor alterations of data.
Please read this on what those benefits are.
What's included with an IMDbPro membership?
I am an actor also and have a Pro page.
But I know what the limitations are as far as the rules go.
It is their database. Not Ours.
As for your full name it is either on one of your credits or has been proven to have been at one time listed somewhere on the internet.
To be listed it must've been proven for inclusion.
As for your art director vs actor credits issue, while you may have been on 3 credits, those 3 must have episodes to supersede your art credits.
If the episode count total exceed 20 then your actor credits will be listed first.
Now if you had IMDb Pro you can change the 4 known for pictures on your page to those art credits.
Please post no more new posts. It will not help.
And no there is no real phone number, and you will get the same answer from ANY employee. Elizabeth is instructed to answer all questions according to guidelines. So you will get the same answers from all persons at IMDb.

- How does 3 actor credits outweigh 20 art director credits? Some of these shows I have worked on 92 episodes. It makes no sense and shows a very flawed system.
- I am fine if I have to keep the 4 known for photos whatever they are. My main concern is when typing my name in a search it says that I am an actress.
- I have paid for a pro account before, but I don't think I should have to pay a fee to get properly listed for what I do.

That's how the software algorithm is set up.
It is unalterable.
92 gets listed first. 20 second.
Here is an example of how it works.
Because of his 395 episodes on The Andy Griffith Show and Happy Days he will never be listed as a director first as we all know him now.

You are saying what I need corrected.
I'm not getting credited as an art director which has more credits and episodes than the 3 acting credits.

A new post is required but you need to make reference to the over 300 plus art director credits versus 4 acting credits.
You should be listed as an art director first from all that I have read here.
Focus on those two points in the new post. Show the graphics and list your URL to your name page.
Staff needs to see it to make it very clear.

This is the problem. When you search for my name it comes up like this:
It should come up as Art Director since those credits by far outweigh the 3 actress credits.
It should come up as Art Director since those credits by far outweigh the 3 actress credits.
And all the art director credits are for popular TV shows which the
algorithm should outweigh the 3 acting credits that were from D budget
productions.
