I have encountered some credits related to Production Company/Producer credits that I am not sure exactly how to ensure they are dealt with properly.
1) The Hospital (1971)
This credit appears at the very end of the film

I am not sure exactly how to interpret this credit.
Currently, Howard Gottfried is listed as a "credited" producer and Paddy Chayefsky is listed as an "uncredited" producer. Paddy Chayefsky was the writer of the film, and Arthur Hiller was the director.
Howard Gottfried received a separate credit in the opening credits specifically crediting him as producer
Paddy Chayefsky did not receive a "produced by" credit, but he was the owner of the production company, Simcha Productions.
Gottfried is clearly a credited producer, having received a specific credit that Chayefsky did not receive.
But does that end credit mean that Chayefsky actually is a "credited" producer?
If not, how should that credit be interpreted?
And how should the "in association with Arthur Hiller" be interpreted?
Normally "in association with" is used for Production Companies, not for persons, so I'm not sure where that credit should be logged within the IMDB page for the film.
Does this also mean Arthur Hiller should be listed in the Producers section in some capacity?
2) The Lady Vanishes (1938)
The Production Company for this film was Gainsborough Pictures.
Currently, it is listed with the attributes "presents" and "as GB Pictures"
This comes from the first title screen

But then, the production company is listed 2 additional times:
Once during the opening credits, a few titles cards after the one above:

And then again, at the very end

The credit, as it currently appears on IMDb, captures the information from the first title card. Should anything be added to represent the information A "Gainsborough" Picture/A Gainsborough Picture from the other title cards?
