Need multiple names merged and corrected

My lady friend had a long career and used different names, time to put it all together.

She's a pro user and did apply for the changes couple of times but no success.

Please help us get it sorted.

So, why are you trying to do this? If she is a Pro user and has had no success what makes you think you will.

You seem to be constantly trying to alter titles. Check out your history it's bad... bad... bad. You should be banned.

Correction: I just spoke to her, her manager said she needs her name to be "Lena Zhanik". This should be the name of her profile page.
