Need to change billing form yearly to monthly... This just hapened today

I accidently chose the wrong option and would like the monthly payment option. I have sent a request on the Contact Us section. What is the average response time? When will my funds be reversed?

With 250,000,000 visitors to the site each month, the response time probably changes minute by minute based on who is sending messages about what. You should expect that, at any time, there will be a line ahead of you and you shouldn't expect immediate response.

When I click on the standard Help Desk contact link, at the top of the field where I would send my message states there are 560 (I've seen it much, much higher) pending requests. Yours was probably nearly the same. But it'll depend on how involved those questions/issues are and to which department they'll be forwarded.

I am sure they'll get it corrected for you, though.
