New staff member rejecting stuff for the sake of it?

I think IMDb may have employed a new staff member who is on some kind of power trip or perhaps just incompetent, and keeps rejecting stuff just for the sake of it.  It is becoming really tiresome the number of times recently that I have had corrections rejected even when supplying good evidence.  An example from this week was when I supplied the ACTUAL EPISODE of Alfred Hitchcock Presents to prove the way the writer was credited.
The episode is "The Children of Alda Nuova
Robert Wallsten is not credited as Robert Wallstens in either of his credits in the titles.

After 17 consecutive years of proving myself reliable and gaining a Top Contributor badge, this kind of recent questioning is becoming increasingly tiresome.  What would I have to gain by suddenly going rogue and vandalising something so minor as ancient writer credits?
Perhaps it is time to pack in with helping out here and get myself a life.

Something is weird in Seattle.
I believe that staff is stretched thin at this time.
The new homepage redesign may be the culprit.
It may be sapping resources.
Reply times are erratic.
Triage management is in use.
Be patient.
I can't believe this will go on forever!

They're definitely getting worse.  I moved the credits for the British female journalist Ranvir Singh from a male actor with the same name, and instead of moving them, they added them, so there are now two Ranvir Singhs credited for each title.

When I sent another correction to inform them of this, they declined it.  It's almost like they suddenly want their site to look a mess these days :-(

Did you provide screenshot(s) showing the onscreen credit(s) for Wallsten when you submitted the contribution?

The climate for submissions seems to require more documentation nowadays.

Thanks.  Sadly this is just one of many many of my corrections lately which you are pretending are vandalism when I am trying to help you.  Am I supposed to report every single one of them here?

It's becoming an absolute joke.  I have just been through an entire series correcting all the writing credits and adding numbers to them.

Then suddenly I find out of all those episodes, two have not been done and rejected for the same old lack of evidence excuse.  I have come to the conclusion that they are just picking things at random to reject.  I have resubmitted with the link to the videos, but it is all so very tiresome and unnecessary to be behaving like this after a decade and a half of contributions.
