newsdesk new submissions

As it seems (looking at comments on here) that a few of the newsdesk partners have got a few issues, isn't it about time that you guys re-opened the mechanism for allowing sites to become newsdesk partners again?
I've been dying to get our site on here and think it's a bit rubbish that we haven't been given the chance to do so.
