Nine times out of 10 I can’t login to my account.

When I try to login it says my password is not matched so then I try to reset my password and then it says “oops! there was a problem. Contact the help desk if you need assistance .”
So then I go when I click on the contact us link at the bottom of the page and then it takes me to another page that says “oops! sorry this page has vanished into thin air. Contact the helpdesk if you need assistance .”
This happens nine times out of 10 it all I wanna do is go onto my account and work. I don’t understand why a extremely successful website is constantly having problems??? And it’s been this way for the last three+ or so years that I’ve been on IMDb.
Or another thing he keeps on asking me to do is pay more money for the membership when I know for a fact I bought a year membership last August.

I believe you are attempting to log in using the wrong email address - your active IMDbPro membership is under your AOL email. May I ask if you are able to login using this email and your password?

Thank you so much for your help! I was getting so upset, I have been trying to get into it for weeks.
I have no idea though why it’s a separate email than my business one. I specifically made the new email address for my film career and I have received emails from IMDb and casting directors through my gmail account. I don’t know why it would be the aol.
