...when I subscribed. Complicating matters, I accidentally selected "Yearly" (guess I saw the $12.50 per month and thought that was right) instead of "Monthly." However, my account has already been debited $149.99 literally minutes after subscribing, thus negating the "free 14-day trial." I want to subscribe but just change it to the monthly at $19.99 and get my account credited for the $149.99, get the 2-week free trial period, and then I'm set. Is this possible, please? Hard to sort this out with no way to call anyone. Just shocked that I was hit for $149.99 within minutes with no "free trial period." Help, please?
