I don't think I've ever seen this, even for titles that weren't released yet. However, last night's Rent: Live doesn't have input boxes for the order number for either the cast nor writers.
I can't find the production status and usually when it isn't "Released" it shows up near the top of the the reference view. (Even though the production status only affects whether I can enter an "as" attribute not an ordering number).

Rent has gone from Pre-Production to Released according to Pro, but I guess the update form lags behind.
I think the order field is available as soon as the status is Filming, Post-Production or Completed. Most titles are updated to one of these before they are released, which may explain why you don't see this problem more often.

A day later and it still doesn't have input boxes for orders and no answers from IMDb?

I suspect that this is an isolated issue with this title, likely something is stuck in the system that needs to be manually pushed through. I have filed a ticket for the appropriate technical team to investigate and fix, as soon as I have a status I will update you here.

Thanks Will. I have ordered the cast and the writers now so that the display should look better soon!
