I wrote and produced a short film in 2002 titled Brother Matt. It was accepted and played publicly at the Palm Springs International Festival of Short Films. There are no internet links because it was 2002. How can I submit and be added to data base?

Hi, Lenny James. Why are there no online documents about the festival? You don't have a copy of the movie? Do you have a physical copy of the film festival agenda/brochure? Do you know all of the information about the movie, including negative format, aspect ratio, running time and sound mix? You have to present some kind of evidence.

it was 2002. The film festival is still going strong but their online archives don't go back that far. I have physical newspaper stories and screening dates and times. It was shot on video and have the ratios etc.

It's sad that the festival organizers have not taken the initiative to migrate paper or offline electronic documents onto their website. Not so big of a deal if the records exist at all and can be made available upon request, even if at a fee, kind of like how the Library of Congress works.

Lenny James, please produce scans of whatever you have. If you know of any microfiche copies at a particular university somewhere or anything like that, then please let us know but also understand that evidence of that nature may take more than a mere few months to source if you're not doing the sourcing yourself.

If so, this Internet Archive link should get you much of the way toward submitting your film for listing in IMDb.

it IS!!!
You are a genius! Personnel at the festival said they would have to look through the "hard" archives.
WOW... thank you Gromit!!!
