I have repeatedly asked IMDB to fix some completely wrong credits, with is causing a great deal of confusion and problems on a professional level. What can I do to expedite a request? It's been almost a year since I first asked, and followed up. IMDB doesn't seem to care about this issue.

Hi Steven -

I observed that our HelpDesk staff did previously reply to your issue about a year ago; you can find the response and all followups by logging into your IMDb account and looking here.

Hi Michelle,
The link your supplied doesn't take me anywhere. I did see the replies (last year) but after I sent the information requested by the IMDB rep, nothing happened. This is a really sensitive issue that I'd like to discuss with a rep, privately via email or phone. Does that possibility exist? Thanks.

Steven,

The site doesn't offer phone support and the email they use is the internal contact forms.

Try www.imdb.com/mycontacts (it's the same as the link above except that it had a typo in the address that I corrected).

Phone is not an option.

If you truly need privacy the link is on the front page of this website in the side bar:
For issues regarding accounts or questions involving non-public
information, please log into your IMDb.com account and contact our
support staff privately via this form.
The form linked will eventually get you a response but if you could just be clear what you are trying to do here on the forums you are more likely to get a much faster answer.

Since you give only vague information here I can only give you a vague response and it's this:
IMDB is a website edited by it's users (like you and me) and then the information we (the users) input is "verified" to some degree by the IMDB editing and verification staff. You need to realize that nearly all of the information on IMDB must be entered by a user and the proof to support it must be supplied by a user before the IMDB editing staff has a reason to verify or update any of that information.

If something is wrong on your name page then someone that cares (either you or some other user) is going to need to enter it correctly and supply proof that the change is correct. Many of us (users) who frequent the get help section can either guide you on how to correct these issues or correct it for you if you supply enough information.

I'm sorry I can't be more helpful without more details of the issue.
