On this page: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6238622/

I have been credited as Casting Director and Line Producer.

This is wrong and non factual.

Numerous deletion requests have been submitted, to no avail.

IMDb Customer Service email replies state: "We believe the data listed is factual, as such we cannot remove this as requested."

Their belief is ungrounded.

Here is the link to the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tb6_eWjrMZc

There are no credits mentioning any of those roles. IMDb has no proof whatsoever that this would be factual. It runs counter to their own policy on listing complete and accurate data.

Please delete.

Hi Will,

This answer is not satisfactory. I would like to know on what grounds do you believe the information is factual.

A couple of credits on my page are non factual.

IMDb claims they are.

I ask them to prove it, knowing that they can't, because there are no records (not even on the concerned video).

IMDb shuts me out, both through IMDb Customer Service (aka Helpdesk):

and on this website (https://getsatisfaction.com/imdb/topics/non-factual-credits-on-my-imdb-page-please-delete?utm_source...).

IMDb, if you can't prove it, please delete those credits.

Thank you.

Dear Col Needham, thank you for your moderation. I do believe this is a new topic. I would like to address the issue of IMDb not providing a reasonable explanation on how it grounds its belief that information listed on the website is factual (when, again, it's not), which is broader than the previous one.

This has taken a new turn when IMDb official rep Michelle who is now asking for ME to prove what I'm claiming. Not only did I submit evidence via email, it was completely dismissed without even a comment on its validity. For privacy reasons, I do not wish to post the evidence here on this board, but I would be very happy to send it to anyone here who would kindly oblige and help me through this.

When you watch the video, at no point do you see the credits for who's done what. So, I would like IMDb to present evidence of that.
