Not able to update bio

I have made a few corrections to the bio (nm7031257) and applied on 2019-07-28 but it is not approved. 

Ref no. is 190728-055822-864000

Please help me get the bio updated.

I had the same issue for the same artist a few months back but later it was sorted.

You should have received an email when you submitted your contribution, and it would have included a link to Processing Times:

I can see most, but not all, Bio categories are caught up beyond the date of your request.

I can see that your request to update the current mini-Bio for Ayo Mary Laurent was not accepted as it conflicts with our policy as stated in our Biographic Data guide:https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/names-biographical-data/biographical-data-guidelines/GMT9...#

As stated "Replacing a biography that contains a good deal of background information with one containing almost no bio information (i.e. only includes their credits) will be considered the same as attempting to delete a biography".

More specifically, I can see that you attempted to remove certain background data from the existing Bio that should be retained as per our guidelines.
