Not able to update bio

I have made a few corrections to the bio (nm7031257) and applied on 27th Nov 2018 but it is not approved. 

Ref no. is 181127-154533-501000 

Please help me get the bio updated.

I had the same issue for the same artist a couple of months back but later it was sorted.

Is it possible to update the name of the artist from 'Ayo Mary Laurent' to 'Princess Ayo Mary Laurent' as she is from an African royal family?

You should maybe decide between sticking with "Ayo Mary Laurent" or changing the name to "Princess Ayo", if the "Princess" part is understood to be a title.
