I'm still trying to understand pictures so eitehr this may be something that just is going to happen because of how things are done or there's a real simple fix that I'm just ignorant of.
As you can see by the attached biography image that the same image appears multiple times on the title page.
Is there anyway to alter this so that the exact same image doesn't appear multiple times?
As best I understand it, the image is on multiple biography episodes and then populates up. as such there's no way to stop it.

They were declined, but thx for the info on pending. I've got several pending past the eta but have to be honest until declined i try to ignore them. I do (or did) have one pending item that was months old though. not sure if it's still pending as I think I might have submitted it once i found this site.
Interestingly enough, the way I found these was by doing a search trying to understand getting pics accepted and these were out there as being bad. guess they re-populated.

just went thru mathepa's and that must have been how i came across this. got to admit i was tired and don't recall originally reading them but i have to bow to it's to great a coincidence for that to not be how i found them.
I see from a reply that this prob is something that's been giving to the database team (or some such wording). I still don't truly and fully understand how all the auto-population's happen but i can see why this would be difficult.

When the shows producers add a new episode they then resubmit the standard series poster to the episode at the time of submission. They don't have time to wait for IMDb to approve the episode submission then go back and add an existing poster later. So you have multiple submissions for the same posters that automatically "populate" the main Image Gallery. Is that a little clearer?

And if you try to delete them, they come back sometimes due to a software glitch. don't know if they finally addressed that. As I said I submit, not delete usually.
lol. sounds like foot fungus. keeps coming back. for what has to be millions of images, of which i've prob scanned a few thousand, there is very little that i think r bad or seem to be contrary to imdb policy. most often the image is from a different frame than i would pic or all the actors aren't named. on the latter i try to add names whenever i can but this week's exercise of image learning has taught me not if it's their back.

i can't watch, i'd be complicit. lol. boy you can find images fast. i can't even count to 10 with my shoes off that fast.

As one can see, the dupes have now been deleted, but already one dupe has popped up again and I'm afraid there will come more. See: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0092322/mediaindex (the one left from Clint Eastwood is a dupe that has popped up again)

Now I see, we have a new experience here on the same matter :)
If the duplicates were completely removed, the new one goes live tremendously fast, in view of the fact that "the dupes have been deleted" by Jaime one hour ago.
Have I repeat myself to bet "...since they keep trying until no ticket"? ;)))
