Old black & white movie where middle age man meets woman once a year on a bridge. Each time they meet, she has gotten younger. I think the movie’s title is the female character’s first name. I think she gives him a scarf. Saw this movie once & loved it. It was on either AMC or TCM. Anyone know the title?
