One deletion is of nonsensical trivia and the other pertains to a far more serious subject. Term "breast cancer survivor" is, sadly, no longer accurate for Newton-John, who is living with metastatic breast cancer for now, the disease having recurred twice before and has spread to her bones and other places (https://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/olivia-newton-john-cancer-third-time).
