On the list of external reviews, I keep getting a message saying the site is not secure or cannot be accessed. How can I correct this?

I think it has to do with the security settings of your browser. What is your technical setup? (OS and browser type and version)

Apparently no issue with the same Firefox with Win 10.Could you please share a title page triggering these issues?

Same result for me : this has definitely to do with the site hosting themselves. Most likely the https protocol, which is now almost mandatory, is not handled correctly.Same result with Firefox 60, IE 11, Chrome 66.Therefore nothing to with IMDb.

Interesting, but it does not happen on any site other than IMDB. Same sites are okay on Movie Review Query Engine. Gotta be something to do with IMDB,

OK got it: both links above use the https protocol, when the sites obviously does not support it. So again nothing to do with IMDb, just the fact that the link is entered in IMDb with a https link.
One solution would be to edit the link on IMDb site, but on the other hand, http sites are on the verge of becoming extinct for security matters and hopefully 411celeb.com's and punchdrunkcritics.com's admin should change their setup soon if they want to retain their audiences... (e.g. Google is about to ban such sites)

Just following up on this.  The root cause is a bug in Firefox which needs to be fixed in the browser, please see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1422284
