request to delete a blank entry - this entry is blank and I wouldn't want it being confused with my entry https://www.imdb.com/name/nm6555153/?ref_=fn_al_nm_2

Hello Adam,
Rather than deleting the entry for Adam Gee (II) you can just merge it with the main entry for Adam Gee (I)
That should lose the Roman numeral after your name.
Got to the page for Adam Gee (II) and hit the Edit page button near the bottom of the screen
Select Name Correction or Merge ... Add correction
Hit Continue
Give the name as Adam Gee (I)
Give the explanation
Hit Check these updates
If it gives you options for the name, select Gee, Adam (I)
You'll get a warning saying "You are about to merge two separate name pages into one"
Tick the box to acknowledge the warning
Hit Re-check these updates
The backround should turn green(ish) and it should offer you a Submit button
Hit Submit
Then sit back and wait for a few days for your submission to be checked, approved and the database to be updated
