Hi, my movie has been submitted through Withoutabox to two IMDB qualifying festivals; I got a link that says "To see your Imdb title page, click here" but the link is dead, it goes to a 404 page. The short is called "King John" -- there's another TV Movie with that title for the same year (2013), which might be causing the confusion... ours is a short.
I'm also not sure if I properly linked the Withoutabox account to my IMDB pro account...
Thanks :)

It might just be you are being too eager, as the pages need to be built.
If you can give us the link you get, staff might be able to look into this - if there is a problem they can give it a kick.

Hi Anony Mouse -
Emperor is likely correct, your title page is probably currently still processing, if you wait a few days and check again the title URL should be working.
Otherwise, as suggested, if you would like to provide the link, I'm happy to take a look further.

Thanks so much Michelle. Here's the link with the film ID on it. On that page, it encourages me to click and go to an IMDb page that doesn't exist...
https://www.withoutabox.com/03film/im...
(It's v. likely I am just overeager; it has been over 3 weeks, but not yet 4. I was not concerned about the delay so much as whether an error had taken place, or some confusion with the other King John released in the same year).
Best and thanks again.

Can you provide the title link given on the notice you referenced that said: "To see your Imdb title page, click here".

You'll see that message, but the link won't work, if you're not logged in. Are you logging in first? If not, the link does not include the language identifying your film, but just http://www.imdb.com/title/ . Clicking that gets the 404 error message.

That is exactly what I see, bluesmanSF, but I am definitely logged in. It says in the upper left "Logged in as [my email address]" and then gives that generic "title" link. Now I'm confused.
Michelle, the link is just as bluemanSF described, even though I am logged in

Okay, I have tried several times, from multiple computers, but though I am definitely logged in, I still get the link bluemanSF said I'd get if I was not logged in.
This only frightens me because now it seems less like a normal delay on a title page that is "under construction" and more like some kind of error. It has been 3.5 weeks... Michelle, can you think of another way for me to identify this film for you so you can look into it? Deeply appreciative, and of course, if I had something other than the "imdb.com/title" link I wouldn't ask that you look into it, as this message board has already told me that a month delay is normal... it's just starting to look like something else is wrong.
Thanks for your patience and help.

It looks like your title has been added here: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3106470/
Based on the complete lack of information I'd guess that it went live today. The information you provided when submitting will gradually start showing up on the page over the next day or two. It may take up to a couple weeks for all the info to appear.
