The list page: https://www.imdb.com/list/ls045161450/
These are movies that may or may not feature the actual massacre itself but they definitely do have scenes of people discovering the dead bodies left behind of a massacre or mass death by disease. Which is the most intense and disturbing?
To seek relief from the intensity, post here.

Hi dgranger. It's nice you put some suggestion notes on the list. Would you please replace Breaumaster with Breumaster? Thank you. :)

'Surrogates':
The turn, when Greer takes controll of the Surrogate of Peters with the controll-device of Canters to destroy the connection of all the surreys a mass-crash of all of them on the street. People leaving their homes after decades by not using their surrey doing it for them.

I don't know if that option counts for you, because all the surreys are not really living, they are robots that replace living people. But in this vision nearly no one goes out, when his avatar can do his business for him - so they are like an alter-ego for the people in this movie. Close to a real person, steeres by real persons.

I think
"Most Intense Movie Scenes of Mass Death Aftermath"
would sound better. Anyway 'OF' should be written 'of'

Dan sent me a link for it a few weeks ago to help me, which
spelling in titlecase should be used. To keep it proper,
click on the 'AP' option to check the capitalization (Dan's link):

Hi, dgranger.

I think the 'Most Intense Scene'-poll-series should go on.
There shouldn't be to much time between the parts.
Are you still working on it?

Star Trek II: The Wrath Of Kahn: After receiving a distress call from Regula One which is a research station, the U.S.S. Enterprise speeds towards the station only to find out most of the group of scientists dead and hanging upside down

With my last dying breath I would spit at thee, but it would be an icicle before it went 3 feet right now.
Wanna move to Arizona, dgranger?
Signed,
Ricardo "Mr Freeze" Montelban.
