First off: HELP!, because I feel like I’m failing in my mission here because I not just getting enough truly high quality images and more importantly, DIFFERENT styles of art! More on this later.

What is on the list page at https://www.imdb.com/list/ls022391085/
Poll: https://www.imdb.com/poll/_iPKjYRIMXs/

Let’s admit it, some images, whether they are imitating famous pictures, or actually in various art styles, are so artistic, that if you could remove the text and titles from it, you could hang it up on your walls as a piece of art. Frankly, some from animation are the best but this poll will include live action also. Which one from the fallowing poster images do you like the best as art in your home gallery? (Yes, the walls of your house or room are not a room but an art gallery!) Hopefully, a wide selection of art styles is presented here.

You art collectors, discuss your pieces here.
So not to offend anybody, i’m Referring to any type of language on the poster as “Text”. This about the image on the poster, not the movie or the text being artistic.

Now hopefully I can get Dibyayan Chakravorty and Hoekke to contribute because they do poster polls all the time and they always get the good representations of modern art in poster usually in Germany and France and most of Europe. (Face it, you two are good at it so take your kudos for it.)
As everyone can see is that I got Impressionism prtetty good, and playing with light and shadow. (In fact, the poster for “Anne of Green Gables: The Road to Green Gables” is what started this because I took one look at that and said that looks like that is the Impressionism of Renoir ( even though he never did country landscapes - I think, but not sure, Monet did that.) Anyway, posters that look like is was actor posing for a shot of characacters charge at you will generally will not get on here unless there was something artistic in how it was done (like the candlelight and shadow play on “A Little Princess” poster.) If you think some of the images shouldn’t be on here, remember many are eligible to be replaced for better ones except “Treasure Planet”, “Anne Of Green Gables: The Road to Green Gables”, “A Little Princess”, “The Garden Of Words” and “The Wind Rises”.

Most of your are on. The reason why I didn’t take the Beauty and the Beast One is because, I thought that the one already on the poll took more chances and was more romantic with an air of mystery. Really there are very few lines in it and your imagination fills in the rest.
In fact even that was the second pick. The enchanted rose in the bell jar, which the IMDb doesn’t have, was my first choice.

All yours has been added except cutie and the boxer. Nice one from the Truffaut film. ( Yeah, make people go look to see what one it is.)
