Pagination Links on Lists

List Page:
I would like pagination links to be displayed at the top of the page, too.
I have a very big list and it's annoying to scroll all the way down to get to the next page.

It would be very helpful to have the navigation to other pages in a list at the top and bottom of the page, much like what is currently done for IMDb's message boards.

I vaguely remember that there was a similar suggestion a few months ago, but I am currently unable to find it.
