Now it says my password is wrong.  I've tried resetting 5 times

I've forked your reply to a new thread as its unrelated to the previous issue with our Top 250 contributors.

In reviewing your account, it seems there may be some confusion regarding which email address was used to create your Pro membership. The @gmail.com address used to create you Get Satisfaction account is not registered to a Pro membership. The address registered has the domain name of @hotmail.com. I've sent a "forgot password" message to the email on file for your convenience. Please follow the steps in this email to access your Pro membership.
