How do I become the administrator of a page a random person made that uses my name and information without my permission? Or how can I delete this page so I may have control of my own profile?
This is the page I'd like to have control of: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm4571747/

You can't delete the page but you can get control over it through IMDB Pro.

I don't think you should imply that you can "control" a page through Pro. The credits and basic data are not for any one person to control. All Pro allows you to do is add additional materials to the page.

Good catch, you can... claim a page and add extra content to it. You don't need IMDB Pro to add/correct credits.

Are you sure this is supposed to be you? Are the credits there accurate? If not, you can submit corrections, with or without Pro. There is a (I) after the name, so there is at least one other by the same name. Before you go trying to control or change the page, make sure the credits don't need to simply be pushed over to the right page.

I can't imagine someone just randomly choosing you and creating a page. And further, the page was created by the name appearing (or submitted as appearing) int those titles. So, they probably belong to someone, if not you, with a same/similar name. So, deleting would not be good if they could be moved to the correct page instead. You'd have to be more clear in your question, before getting good advice about proceeding. As was mentioned, no one really "controls" a page. Anyone can submit more data and it gets added if it has good proof submitted with it.

Pro would definitely let you add things that would make it easier to get data submitted correctly. Like, if there is a head shot, it makes it easier to prove which actor by that name the credit belongs to. Also, bio data is good for reducing confusion regarding which actor, of that or similar name, the credit belongs to.

You can sign-up for IMDb Pro at this URL:
https://secure.imdb.com/signup/index....

When you sign up for pro, you'll be able to control what primary photo we use for you. You'll also be able to add a demo reel and supplemental photos.

Without paying for IMDb Pro, you can add information to the page using the 'Edit' button at the bottom of the page. This includes the ability to add/modify the bio on the page. You can also correct any data which is incorrect using that 'Edit' button.
