One of my favorite portrayals of the Grim Reaper (AKA Death or the Angel of Death) is for a series of ads for a cable company. Sadly, this is not appropriate for your poll.

It's probably a good idea to include the name of the film, television series or television episode for each choice. IMDb occasionally removes images. If that happens, people can still select the choice. Also, you it's much easier to substitute as suitable replacement image.

Hoping for better, I did not count on a possible loss of images... 
Now the links are added. As additional feature, the original names of personifications are also added. I think the list is complete for poll publication.
