Regarding images on name pages: my understanding is that only someone who pays for IMDbPro can manage images on the page they claim (one page per membership). Here's more about it:

These are the pieces of information I mentioned above.
Personal details like Date of birth, relations, images, etc., can be added by anyone even without your consent. IMDb doesn't need your permission, no offense.
I haven't come across an issue like this (restraining order). I noticed you've created a separate thread regarding this, which is nice. But I doubt IMDb has anything to do with it.
Again, I'm only speaking from personal experience, don't take my word for granted.
