Our records indicate your subscription to IMDbPro was monthly and was canceled on July 14, 2016. Your photos and detailed resume information stayed live on the site through your paid-through date of August 11, 2016. It is our policy to keep all photos and detailed information live until the subscription is ended completely, which is denoted by your paid-through date.
Thanks,
Trevor

I had photos on my actor page for many years before my IMDBPro subscription. During the couple of months of active Pro subscription I neither added nor edited my photos. All I want to do is have my page look like it did before my Pro subscription which included the photos that were uploaded to the free IMDB page three or four years ago.
Please advise.
Thank you.

I was able to locate one previous Publicity photo that was once displayed on your page, I have unsuppressed this image so that it will now display on your page again.
I did not locate any other photos that were uploaded prior to your IMDbPro registration. If you have additional photos you want displayed on your page, you will need to renew your IMDbPro Subscription and upload them there.

I'm still not clear on why I could have four photos before IMDbPro and none after.
When I initially subscribed to IMDbPro I did not upload any photos. The photos that were on the free site page automatically came up on the Pro site's page. When I cancelled, they all came off. '
If I'm unable to get the four photos back to the free site, can I substitute the old head shot you unsuppressed with my current head shot?
Thanks.

Unfortunately, we no longer offer the publicity photo service, and cannot allow a substitute of a new photo to replace the older headshot, currently, the only way to upload new photos is through an active IMDbPro Subscription
I didn't locate any other publicity photos aside from the one image that was unsuppressed, and it is possible that there was a previous Resume Account used to upload the other photos that had since expired.
If you would like our helpDesk staff to review further, please send them a message through the form here: http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/contact_... and include the publicity photo purchase/confirmation number and they can help further.

For Example Charlie Sheen's photo gallery:

I have submitted photos from getty images (they where correct and ready to be processed)
I submitted the photos only 2 days ago, but I just want to know how long it actually takes before they get uploaded.

Basically, when an actor reaches a certainly level there are a lot of pictures of them sloshing around the site, one of which can be selected by staff to use as the main headshot. So they don't necessarily need an IMDBPro to be sure they have a selection of photographs (although you will sometimes find that people's agents or representatives have an IMDB Pro page to be able to finetune things like the picture selection, as this can go wrong sometimes), but I'm afraid that for actors who are still coming up, being able to add your own photographs and a resume can, is pretty important

Paid staff has to process that stuff, thus the fee for their service.
That you're listed on IMDb at all is a pretty big free service, I'd say...
To use, "the ONLY feature I use" as an argument for requesting free services is like buying a car and saying you want to only pay 1/7th the purchase price because you are only going to use it to drive to church on Sundays.

I don't think there are two many users who would argue with you, but the site might have to protect the very few revenue streams they have going for them...but we can always keep hoping...
To staff...can you merge this and the other reply here in this thread to https://getsatisfaction.com/imdb/topics/one_free_photo_please
comment was triple posted...for some odd reason.

I have a similar question and really need help. I am an appearance Agent, ( Gossard, Emmi ) my company (Onyx Moon Agency [us] ) one of my Clients main photo was not put there by him.
A women (a prior publicist) had added a rediculous photo of him, intentionally , seems she took over the acct and he cannot get control back . And between myself and his management (and others) we've tried to attempt "deleting/changing" this main photo.
Do I need to get proof of some sort to IMDb that this account was compromised and should be given back to my Client , so I can get this photo down and a Regular headshot added ?
I must add, I prefer not to say his name, he is well known . But his "Resume" is so large, it goes back to the 60's, we cannot remake an entire new page. Any help/suggestions would be helpful.
I have a "Pro Acct", is there a way from my end (that Im just not doing correctly) to "Add/change" his main photo?
(I can email his name to you to see his IMDb, but I prefer not adding it here)
