I previously uploaded (and had problems with) my pictures on my IMDB page (Name: Shelby Washburn). Now, looking at the page, every picture is gone. What has happened? I need these pictures on there PERMANENTLY. I have had a problem with pictures once before, but the problem with corrected by IMDB, but now it's returned. What has happened??

Emperor is correct, you must maintain an active IMDbPro Subscription in order for your Resume data and photos to display on the site. I was unable to locate any account currently registered to your page (under "Shelby Washburn"), so it's likely that you had an active IMDbPro Subscription that expired.
To get your Resume data and photos on the site again you will need to renew that account.

My daughter's pictures have also disappeared just in the past 2 days. We signed up just a month ago and have had no change in status. Eleanor Rocha is her name. Can someone explain why this is happening? It's frustrating to pay for a service that has such limited customer service.

I am not sure why you posted in a 10 month old unrelated thread but, is this her page? http://www.imdb.com/name/nm5781010/?r...? I see a hhead shot and 9 photos. Can you describe what is missing?
Because it was the first thread that popped up and I wouldn't call it "unrelated." I'm not paying attention to the dates. Anyway, it may be coincidental but it would seem that *I* was able to fix it by cycling each photo through as the primary. The photos were still visible but her thumbnail was missing as well as the main profile pic. The photos were still in the gallery but not on her page. After I did that (twice I might add because they disappeared AGAIN after I did that once), they are back. I tested this on 2 different browsers/2 different computers. Yes, it's fixed now but my concern is that a lot of people seem to have this issue judging from some of the comments. I assume it could happen again.
