Pixelating programming

Last night shows watched on IMDB starting pixelating and buffering. Other services function fine, so confident WIFI and TV are fine. Thoughts, Help?

If you're experiencing playback issues with IMDb TV via the IMDb app, please ensure you have installed the latest version of the IMDb app (IMDb TV available on iOS app versions 9.13 and higher and Android app versions 8.0 and higher).

If you're experiencing playback issues with IMDb TV via the IMDb desktop website, please first review the Prime Video System Requirements for ComputersPlease then try the following steps:



  • Restart your device
  • Ensure that your device and app/web browser have the latest updates
  • Pause other internet activity – especially if other devices are using the network at the same time
  • Check your internet connection
  • Disable any VPN or proxy servers
