Please add a 'subtitles' field to the details section.
when i search for films in english, I get 'Detective Chinatown 2' which is in Mandarin with English subtitles.
That is not the same, and I do not want to see a movie that I have to read subtitles.
A better imdb details section would be
Details
Official Sites: Official Trailer
Country: China
Language:  Mandarin
Subtitles: English
    -----   not    ------
Language: English | Mandarin

Language means spoken language(s), not subtitles. I’m not familiar with this film, but I assume It was also made for international markets, so English (dub?) was also made at the same time. It’s now up to the distributors what language is used. Some use the English track, and some use the Mandarin track with English subtitles.

( Or, it could simply mean that the film includes both English and Mandarin language sequences.)

They also mean any language that appears onscreen and is a part of the movie.

Subtitles may count if they are built-in and are a inseparable part of the movie, seen in most versions, although something like this happens only occassionally with multi-lingual movies.

In the older versions of IMDb, though, attributes for languages were clearly displayed and these often say exactly how much of language is featured ("one word", "sign", "song" etc.). They still could be accessed, just not as easily.

There is a trailer on the film's page, and it's a mix of Chinese and English. A review says the film switches between the two. The film is set in New York.
