Please delete incorrect credits

Thank you for your help. I am attempting to correct two incorrect pieces of information on my IMDb page. The incorrect info has appeared on my page for years.

The first is on page http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1649703/reference. I should be removed from Season 1 Episode 4 of Undercovers. 

The second is on page http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1196629/reference. I should be removed from the TV movie Forget Me Not: The Anne Frank Story.
