Please help! Need to correct credits on an existing show!

On the page for Jerry Seinfeld's Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, the name JoJo Pennebaker is listed as Series Director for 9 episodes in 2012. I need these credits completely removed as JoJo was only the Director of Photography on this show. 

I submitted corrections on 1/27/15 and again on 3/2/15 regarding this issue, and nothing seems to be happening. 

I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but I am looking for any advice or aid in order to get this correction made.

Hi Rachel -

Do you have any screen grabs  for some of the "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee" episode credits showing the correct Director credit? 

I noticed that you submitted deletions for the existing credits, have you tried submitting corrections instead by providing the name of the actual Director for those episodes?

Thank you for your response. It is very frustrating how easily someone can add themselves, yet it's so difficult to correct.

Unfortunately, at the end of our episodes we don't list the credits. I don't really have anything I can screenshot as well. Additionally, we don't technically have a director on the series as well - so there is no one I can submit to exchange JoJo Pennebaker's name with. Do you have any further suggestions/strategies of what I can do?

Would it help if I used an imdbpro.com account? Would that entry have more standing?

Hi Rachel -

If there are no corrections to be made (ie. since there were no directors) and if there were no on-screen credits, this is somewthing that our data editors will need to investigate further.

I have reached out to our data editors, including the information you provided and your submission numbers, so they can take a look.  Once I hear back from them I will post the information here.
