Please help remove a credit, someone keeps adding themselves to my projects

My short film 'Perfect Match' myself and my brother have written this project but someone named Matt Hookings keeps adding their name to the 'writers' credit. Link to the page below:

This problem keeps happening and it's the same guy doing it. He's also put himself as the writer on the music video and this should be removed as Totie Southwell is the writer and singer of the music video. Link below:

Is there any way to remove these credits and locking the credits so there are no more changes, please?

The incorrect credits have now been removed, the changes should be live on the site shortly.  Please also rest assured that we have taken additional steps to help prevent the incorrect credits from being re-listed again.  Cheers!

Great thank you for resolving the issue. I've just checked and the credit from my film hasn't been removed just yet. Does it take a few days to be removed?

I am confused, Laim. You talk refer to Matt Hookings as though you do not know who he is. he appaers to be, alongside, one of the producers.

And he was in your short film Then & Now (2015) as well as having a producer and writer credits for that.
