Basically just go to your IMDB name page, click "Edit page" from the bottom and then you can edit/add/correct various things, inc. Biographical information (just choose "correct" from the column).
Remember that IMDB data editors will accept (or decline) the info, so your submissions doesn't show right away. It'll take some days, or maybe a week or so.
(You can scan the passport page, add the scanned image to some of the image hosting sites and then add the link (when you "Edit page") to the "Other Corrections => (Add) Miscellaneous Comments" section so that the data editors will see it.)

Two points:
1) You only need to use Miscellaneous Comments when Adding a new item; the Update form allows you to add an Explanation as part of the submitted item. This should be used in preference to the Separate Miscellaneous Comment, as it will show up as part of the actual change request, right when the Data Manager needs to see it.
2) Updating a Birthdate requires an explanation with a URL for it do pass the automated checks.
The OP needs to scan the document (passport) and upload it to the Web. I personally find Dropbox.com works well for me. Then she can use the method described to Update her Date of Birth, but including the URL to the scan in the required explanation.

Christina,
re:
It doesn't matter who created a page. All Name Pages (and Title Pages) have an "edit page" button at the bottom that allows any registered user to submit requests to add or correct data on that page. If you have a User Account and can log in to use the site, you can fill in that form and submit request to correct the date. That type of data needs some sort of official proof. So you need to do the steps given to you above.
Scan or photograph the ID, upload it to a pic hosting site or put in a dropbox.com folder (I too use it and it works great). Grab a link to the image.
Log in to your User Account and click the "edit page" button on the page that displays your name and credits. Choose to correct the birth date. Check the button to provide and explanation. Paste in the link to your image and type in something like, "I am Christina and this is my actual birthdate, link is to image of my ID."
No participation from anyone else who may have also added info to the page is necessary.
Good luck!

The problem is that I did not create my IMDB page. An anonymous person did this for me. I need to fix it and have access to it! Please Help! What can I do?Only staff creates and maintains pages of the site (Name Pages or Title Pages, for example). No one else can control a page to the extent you imply in your statement.

I submited a change of Birthdat 8 days ago. There is more information that is wrong: 1) Misspelled name 2) No photo or bio 3) and I want either my real birthdate or no birthdate.
My question is do I wait for the first change to go through or do I re submit a new form with ALL the new changes. And how long does it take for changes to happen?
Thank you so much

I submited a change of Birthdate 8 days agoDid you include a link to your documentation? If not, you can add a link to the submission via http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/data_verification
If you did include a link to proof, you should post the submission's Reference Number (found in the emailed receipt of in your account's contribution history) and staff here can take a look at the status.
Birth date submissions from Jan 15 are currently being processed. So there seems to be a backlog and they haven't gotten to any submitted 8 days ago, yet. See Data Processing Times
You don't need to wait to submit other data but re-submitting the birth date info might slow you down and it'll usually take much longer to process. It can get you moved back to the bottom of the list.
misspelled nameI assume you need to add an "h?"
How did your name appear in the credits listed? Did the error occur in on screen credits or when being added to IMDb? It should be simple to fix.
No photo or bioAdding photos to your page requires a subscription to IMDbPro. You'd need to subscribe, "claim" your page and then upload the photo(s).
Bios can be added using any regular IMDb User Account, by click the "edit page" button and submitting to the mini-bio section. See the guidelines before proceeding for Mini-Biographies
My question is do I wait for the first change to go through or do I re submit a new form with ALL the new changesNeither. You don't need to re-submit what you have pending, but you don't need to wait to submit other data.

I submitted to correct the data and included your link.
Do you still need the name corrected? How did your name appear in screen credits?

Thank You so much, it's finally changed! Yes there is a h after the first c in my name Christina Mason is correct.
I will respond back with some credits to be added shortly, but thank you again very much, I've been trying to do this for years I really appreciate it :)

For the name change, where did the spelling error occur? In the on screen credits or just when added to IMDb?
In other words, how did your name appear in on screen credits? Was is same for all? Did some include the 'h' and others left it off? If so, for which titles was it wrong, which were right?
It can be fixed easily but there is a slight difference in the process based on your answer.

Someone maliciously submitted incorrect indignation about me. Why is IMDb asking me to forward a copy of my passport. If that’s what IMDb/Bezos wants - - an employer - he’s in violation of employe/employee rights to privacy. Not to mention Homeland security concerns. What is it with this billionaire. Doesn’t he have enough money? He wants to ruin the country and individuals in it as well. Anyone can submit any information about themselves they want. Why pick on professional hard-working women to harass?

1) As I basically described, you can go to your IMDB name page, scroll down and click the link (Contribute to This Page) "Edit page".
2) Then you choose "Biographical Information" => "Date of Birth" (choose "Correct/Delete" from the right side column).
3) Also remember to tick the "Explanation" box where you clearly state why you are correcting the information. You can also add proof/scans/links/etc.
NOTE what David already said:
4) Click "Check these updates" and follow instructions.
5) When all is done, click "Submit these updates". At this point make sure you've enough info and proof for the data editors.
6) Now you have to wait a bit, I would say maybe a week, or even longer. Data editors will check all the submitted info before it goes "live" on the site. So yes, you have to be patient.
Hope this helps.
