Please remove inaccurate alternate name and "as [alternate name]" on credits?

Hello, I'm hoping to receive the same support from IMDb staff that was received by Alex Cap in this thread: https://getsatisfaction.com/imdb/topics/remove-alternative-name-as-from-credits

I recently corrected the name on a page for "Natasha Parkins".  Her actual name, and the name that's she's been credited as on every project, is "Natasha Parkin" - (no S).  I successfully corrected the name on the page, but that page now lists "Natasha Parkins" as an alternate name and claims that she has been credited with that alternate name.  However, she has always been credited correctly as Natasha Parkin.  Just as Alex did in the post I've mentioned above, I'll share screenshots of how her name appears in the credits of her projects.  Can someone assist me in the removal of the erroneous alternate name and equally erroneous "as Natasha Parkins" text?

Thank you very much for your time.

Hello, Joel.
I have an alternate name that was NEVER used in any of my credits. I would like it to be deleted from my page but the system doesn't give an option to delete. How can I do that?

Mary You asked Dad for the car on Friday and he said no.
Do you think asking Mom will result in a Different answer?
