This page https://www.imdb.com/list/ls091742818/?ref_=tt_ch_rls_1 caters to child violation. I'm shocked that this page can be left untouched for so long. Also, why don't you have a report button making it easy to report such filth quickly? A word filter notifying you whenever someone includes certain words would be beneficial to us all.

Carina. Surely you misinterpret the meaning. It is meant to be a list warning others that the content of the titles it contains, has highly questionable content. Why would you even report such a list? It is meant to inform!
