The current Plot Outline sounds a bit like a PR piece (”award-winning actress”) more than a proper outline. The wording ”it will focus” also sounds like it’s for the upcoming movie.
So the new plot outline could improve it.

More: Aadi, did you get the message about the Plot Outline being too long (since it is):
”The plot outline is too long. = Plot outlines should be less than 240 characters long. This outline length of 333 characters is likely to be converted into a plot summary, and may conflict with any existing or newly submitted plot summaries.”
Plot Outlines longer than 240 characters will probably be moved to Plot Summary section.

It may be a fine idea to instead add a plot summary instead of drastically changing the existing one.

In my opinion the existing one needs updating (nothing personal to the person who wrote it). All the examples in this thread seems to be taken from Wikipedia.
There are also some repetitiveness in outline above, like mentioning ”living in a Mumbai slum” first and then ”living in a slum of Mumbai”. That alone is a lot of characters wasted (so to speak). And things like ”stars National Award-winning actress” doesn’t relly fit in the outline section.
I would probably word it something like (note: without really knowing anything about the film, though)...
”A story about four children living in a Mumbai slum in India. An eight-year old Kanhu writes a letter to the Prime Minister after a dramatic incident with his mother. A small boy has to achieve the impossible.”
