Plot outline rejected for an episode of Big Hero 6

I've tried twice, most recently in contribution 200210-163157-401000, now to add a plot outline to the Big Hero 6: The Series episode Fear Not. Both were declined.

I know "Unable to Verify" is pretty much the catchall reason for declinations but can someone take a look and tell me why this is getting declined?

I submitted 6 items to that episode also back on the 7th, all were approved except the plot outline which i only added because I thought it was weird it didn't have one so long after it aired which was unusual. I also corrected 3 credits, merged a name and listed the cast as complete with no problems over 3 further submissions. Very odd.
Here was my submission number: 200207-161841-082000

It could be that our outlines are conflicting. I had a conflict adding the next episode which wasn't there when I tried to add it.

Usually someone does the episodes on the airdate or before, they may have had the same issue as us, I only add anything missing a week later if needed and maybe verify the cast credits.. I've added no plot to the finale. I think this is the first plot outline, I've had straight up declined. Usually my outlines go up in minutes but this one sat pending for 2 or 3 days. Hope staff can shed light on it but one of us should have been accepted so something showed on the site.
