You could put something in the description about the new version of Murder on the Orient Express
Eric Roberts in Runaway Train is where Tom Hanks got his Forrest Gump voice.
FYC:
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (one of the most delightful fights/chases on a train IMO)
Mission Impossible
Skyfall
Source Code
Speed
Wanted
Haven't seen it but Midnight Meat Train sounds like it should be on there...

Yes they do, three of the films on the list have subway trains in them ( both "The Taking Of Pilham 123" films and "Speed"). I was considering "Predator 2" and that has a subway train in it.
Thank you, I was looking for "The Great Locomotive Chase". True story. And the best thing about it is that one of the locomotives in the story was named "The General". I know this because Hallmark did a series of famous locomotives ornaments. The General was one of them and a little card came with it describing it's history.
Will add later!

Included "Toy Story 3" and "Red Sun". I may switch TS3 with "Man Of The West" because the train robbery is an important part of the storyline than it is to TS3. But TS3's scene is so good and more people remember that film too. Damn it! Decisions, decisions decisions!!!!!

Please add some spacing to your description to make it easier to see the question and the discussion link:

With the new remake of Murder on the Orient Express (2017), it looks like we got another.

Okey I had hit the return button and seperated them. Thanks. But I have to tell you that sometimes when I have seperate paragraphs in the description box, when I had gone to save it and press the done button, the return or new paragraph is removed and the two paragraphs are merged as one. It is probably a glitch on my side. But it does happen.

Single line breaks are usually lost when a list is converted to a poll. Double line breaks are better.

There is nothing dramatic about the train ride in Night Train to Lisbon.

Thanks, I was looking for a film to axe to make room for "The Great Locomotive Chase". Now I have to more alternates for the list, "Predator 2" and "How The West Was Won".
Just for a joke, poor Eli Wallach, of the westerns that I know he is in ("The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly", "The Magnificent Seven", and "Hiw The West Was Won", and on this list, "Tough Guys", he just can't seam to catch a break and dies half the time. I see he has problems with trains too.

'Good poll and I like "To complain to the conductor, (aka: talk about the topic) click here." :)
I know you already have 35 but if you want to replace any*, here are some FYC:
Transsiberian (2008)
Runaway Train (1985)
If you want to mine this previous poll for other ideas, feel free: http://www.imdb.com/poll/3jRSw7X0uxM/?ref_=po_ho
* - The 1979 Lady on a Train (#18, I think), for example, has less than 2,000 votes and only a 5.9 rating.

Thanks. Yours is great too. We picked allot of the same movies. Also I better check this list another device because you mentioning not seeing "Runaway Train" is the 2nd time some mentioning not seeing a film that was indeed on the list.
"Transsiberian" was added.
Ever considered [link=tt0064116] (Ust in case "Once Upon A Time In The West") for yours? In may not look it, but once the mystery solution is revealed, that movie is about trains from beginning to end and the death of the Wild West . Ooops I Revealed a spoilers. If you watch it, note how Leone is teasing you and the audience with the toy locomotive on the table and the toy buildings in the chest. They are not toys. They are models. He is dropping a clues in front of our faces.

Nice. My vote is Young Indy on/in the circus train.
You have two "2017's" back to back on your new Orient Express reference - With the new remake of Murder on the Orient Express (2017) (2017), it looks like we got another.

I saw that but that happened with the live poll upgrade. I like how the poll is running so far with a nice large group close together and no one pulling away yet. I'm kicking myself for not putting on Once Upon A Time In The West On the list. My mess up, my fault.

Also Train to Busan.
I get that the poll's live already, but some of the options seem to be listed not because they center around a train, but because they merely have a train in them. An example of this on the list is Toy Story 3.
So, if it does get changed, maybe just consider ones that are more centered around trains. Thanks.

Jen, Champion
I wasn't saying Orient Express inspired the poll, just that who could acknowledge it in your intro.
The Grey Fox MUST be on this list. You could just list first Lady Vanishes and then make a note in its description, "or the 1979 version" then you'd have an open spot. But I still wish Last Crusade was included. That scene is the origin of Indy's iconic hat and potentially his adventurous nature.
dgranger
As for the orginnal version of "The Lady Vanishes", I might completely axe that one or do what you had suggested. It is not because of Hitchcock's direction which was top notch - he is my favorite director. I have the film at home. It is because IMHO, I truly think it has not weathered the test of time well at all because of the plot devises in the story. It is the story's fault, not Hitchcock's. Right now, I will fallow your advice.
