Great poll suggestion, Whereas, the pairs work on the same series you may want to consider an image poll with photos of the pairs. It would be better than a people based poll.
Nicole Kidman and Reese Witherspoon for "Big Little Lies"
Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin for "Grace and Frankie"

Even I thought the same before making it a people based poll, I couldn't find a photo of Sterling K. Brown and Milo Ventimiglia from "This is Us".

If you can do 75% of images that are perfect, I think it okay to make allowances on the last 25%. You can always do an image search with both the title and actors plus characters name to get that percentage down. If they are on the same show, there is definitely going to be a picture out there somewhere. Sometimes you can find the ideal image hidden in the actors photos because it was tagged with only an episode title and not with the series tag or any title tag at all. I did a quick search and couldn't find them in a scene together either. I had a similar issue for a "Game of Throne" P.S. where Jon Snow & Daenerys Targaryen was an answer option.Yet, despite being the stars and the show has run seven seasons Kit Harington and Emilia Clarke have yet to have a scene together. I used this publicity shot instead.

There's one problem though. I couldn't find an image for Bill Camp and Michael Kenneth Williams for "The Night Of". There wasn't a single shot where they could be together. Besides I couldn't even find the promotional campaign photos.
