Haven't seen many of these.
But, if I had to choose, my pick would be Pyaasa.

IMO The movie that deserves to represent India is Pyaasa / Pather Panchali and the Director to represent India is Satyajit Ray.

I love the Apu films so I'd probably vote for the first of the three. I haven't seen most of these films, though, and of the ones I'd like to see, I want to see Boot Polish the most.
