I'd rather agree with Jessica. If no apostrophes, then also  no caps "dads, grandmas, and grandpas". But may be Ed was going to express something behind.

The apostrophe after Grandma's needs to come out though!!  LOL
I missed that. Although I think it is actually acceptable both ways.

Ed, I see only three correct variants for your last approach:
  1. Mom's, Dad's, Grandma's, and Grandpa's... [as it is initially];
  2. Mom's, Dad's, Grandma and Grandpa's...;
  3. Mom and Dad's, Grandma and Grandpa's...

Hi Ed,

I think the plural and possessive got switched here. In the intro, I'm assuming you mean "Moms" to be plural but not possessive, which means no apostrophes. In the title, though, I assume you mean "Kids" to be possessive, which means an apostrophe there: if you mean one single kid's poll, which I'm assuming because of the article "a" before "kid," the apostrophe goes before the "s." 

May I, therefore, suggest a few small edits? Assuming that you mean "a kid," I'd suggest changing the title and intro to what's below (with the edits in bold):

A Kid's Amazon Prime Cartoon Poll

Moms, Dads, Grandmas and Grandpas can vote too!


(And like MathePa said, Dads, Grandmas, and Grandpas don't need to be capitalized in that case, although I don't think that's a big deal.)
