There is 1 nurse you have missed out, Annie Wilkes from Misery, don't think she would be popular with authors lol. If not going off "looks", I would actually choose Matron (Hattie Jacques) from the Carry on films who unfortunately isn't on this list. She was someone you wouldn't mess with and someone that would make sure you got better, if you want to or not.
